All coffee goes to the raised beds where the drying process is slower than a concrete patio as the cherries or parchments are less prone to damage. The raised beds also allow more mucilage on the pulped naturals.
After leaving the raised beds the coffee goes to driers to ensure the exact moisture level. The coffee goes to the wooden bins where they are kept for up to 90 days to fully develop flavour and aromatics.
This arabica bean has sweet, cocoa, nutty flavours with a smooth chocolate aftertaste. Great for espresso drinkers.
